ORDER PROCESSING POLICIES
Ala Nani will process orders based on the goods listed on the order form. Please double-check the items of your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout.
All orders submitted through this website are labeled "Order Received" and will not be processed until proof of payment is confirmed via e-mail.
Only PAID orders, except COD, will be handled.
All questions about orders should be sent via emai: email@example.com , and our team will respond within 24 hours. This is done to guarantee that the history of communication is well documented.
Non-payment of submitted orders for 3 days in a row will result in automatic cancellation. This cancellation will be communicated to you via email.
CORRECTION/CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
All orders submitted are deemed final and are not subject to revision.
Order forms that have been submitted are not editable. If you need to make any changes, please complete a new order form and notify us to cancel your previously filed form.
To cancel an order that has already been submitted, please reply to the email confirmation that was issued to you after checkout, indicating the reason for cancellation.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday (except holidays).
There will be no same-day delivery. Paid purchases will be dispatched on the next available shipping schedule after proof of payment is received.
All online orders must be mailed. We do not coordinate pickups or meets.
We only ship to addresses in the Philippines.
Our Third Party Logistics (3PL) partner will ship all orders.
We reserve the right to select a 3PL and establish shipping prices.
The delivery time for Metro Manila and Greater Manila is estimated to be 1-5 business days. *Delivery delays are to be expected due to COVID-19 safety procedures.
The delivery time for provincial locations is estimated to be 7-15 business days.

We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the 3PL provider.
Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
Returning goods should be done within 3 calendar days of receipt.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any item that is not returned in the same condition in which it was shipped will not be accepted.
Please keep in mind that shipping expenses are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Under certain conditions, Ala Nani may replace damaged merchandise.
Damaged goods should be reported to us via email within 48 hours of delivery providing a photo or a video recording.
Goods lost or damaged as a result of Third Party Logistics (3PL) firm negligence or mismanagement will not be replaced.
Refunds are subject to our acceptance of a valid cause for the return of the product.
Refunds are only available for cancelled orders or returned goods.
Shipping expenses are non-refundable; only the goods price will be returned.
All refunds must be made through the original payment mechanism and to the original payer.
We make no guarantees of any kind regarding the timeliness of reimbursements reaching your account. Payment processing may take some time and is subject to the internal processing timelines of the various banks and/or payment providers.
All refund processing expenses imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider will be deducted from the amount owed to the customer.
We retain the right, at any moment and without warning, to change the refund processing procedure.
